Privacy notice

What Indo PDF keeps

• Nothing, for most tools: PDFs are opened, merged, split and compressed in your browser.
• A PDF is uploaded only when you save it to Indo Drive or send it for signing. Signing requests keep the signers, fields and a record of who signed and when.

Who can see it

• You, and the people you send a document to sign.
• Indo Mail staff do not look at your content, except when you ask us for help, to stop abuse, or when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• Files saved to Indo Drive stay until you delete them. The signing record stays with the signed document.
• If you close your Indo Mail account, everything this app keeps is deleted 30 days later (a grace period in case the closure was a mistake or a hacker). Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days after that.
• Some records are kept longer only where the law says so, for example invoices (8 years) and sign-in records (1 year). See the Data Retention Policy.

Your choices

• Delete the file from Indo Drive at any time.
• All of Indo PDF's settings are in one place: Indo PDF settings.

Where it is kept

• Your data is kept on Indo Mail servers in India. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Questions

Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indoemail.in. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.

Additional terms

These terms apply when you use Indo PDF. They add to the Indo Mail Terms of Service. If the two differ, these terms apply to Indo PDF.

• An electronic signature made here is your own act. Check that it is accepted for the document you sign.
• We keep improving Indo PDF and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we will tell you in advance where we can.
