What Indo Mail stores in your browser or app, why, and how to remove it. Indo Mail uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers.
1. Our short answer
Indo Mail does not use cookies or similar tools to follow you, to build a profile of you or to show you ads. Nothing from another company runs on our pages: no ad network, no analytics service and no social-media plug-in. The only things we keep in your browser or app are the ones Indo Mail needs to work.
2. What we store and why

3. Cookies
In this version, indoemail.in does not set any cookie. Sign-in uses the browser storage described above. If we ever need an essential cookie, for example to protect a form against forged requests, we will add it to the table above before we use it. We will never add an advertising or analytics cookie.
4. Advertising without tracking
Ads on the Free plan are chosen from the page you are looking at and broad signals such as language and country. They are not chosen by reading your mail, files or contacts, and no ad company can place a cookie or script in Indo Mail. Personalised ads use only interests you pick yourself, and they are off unless you turn them on. Details are in How Ads Work.
5. How to remove what we store
- Sign out: removes the sign-in token from that browser.
- Sign out of all other devices: Indo Account → Security. Every other sign-in stops working at once.
- Clear site data: in your browser settings, clear data for indoemail.in. You will be signed out and your browser settings return to the defaults.
- Notifications: turn them off in Indo Mail settings or in your browser.
