Your storage is one pool used by Mail (messages and attachments), Indo Drive, Indo Photos and the Vault. Indo Cloud shows how much each one uses.

On business plans each mailbox gets its own storage: 50 GB on Business Starter, 200 GB on Business and 1 TB on Enterprise. It is not pooled across the company.

Indo Cloud warns you at 80% and again at 95%. You can free up space or add 100 GB for ₹59 a month, or 1 TB for ₹299 a month.

New mail cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender as “mailbox full”, and new uploads stop. Nothing you already have is deleted, and you can still read, download and delete things to make room.

Clear before, clear after.
The total, before you pay
Checkout shows the price, any promo code discount, the GST (CGST and SGST in West Bengal, IGST elsewhere) and the total. A GST tax invoice and receipt are emailed when payment is confirmed.
Monthly or yearly
Yearly costs less: Pro is ₹999 a year instead of ₹1,188 for 12 months, and Plus is ₹1,499 instead of ₹1,788. Yearly totals with GST are in the table above.
Renewals
Plans renew at the end of each period. We email you at least 7 days before a yearly renewal and at least 30 days before any price increase, so you can cancel first.
Cancel any time
Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Take it with you, any time.
You do not need to pay, or ask us, to take your things out of Indo Mail.

Free for small teams, for as long as the plan exists.
Business Starter is free for up to 50 mailboxes on a domain your company owns, with 50 GB per mailbox, the admin console and no ads. It is a standing plan, not a trial. If we ever change it, we tell every company administrator at least 30 days before and you can move to a paid plan or take your mail elsewhere. Read the business email guide.

Do prices include GST?
No. Prices on this page exclude 18% GST. Checkout adds it and shows the total before you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Indo Cloud → Plan at any time. If you move to a smaller plan, your files stay; you only need to be within the new storage to receive new mail.
Do the free plan ads read my mail?
No. Ads on the Free plan are few, labelled “Ad” and chosen from the page you are on and broad signals such as language and country — never from your mail, attachments or contacts. Paid plans have no ads.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Type it at checkout under “Have a promo code?”. GST is charged on the price after the discount. See current offers.
What payment methods can I use?
UPI from any UPI app. Card and netbanking open when our payment gateway is connected; until then our billing team can send a GST invoice.
