What we are asked — and what we do.
We publish how often governments ask for user data or removals, how we handle abuse and grievances, and how we answer privacy requests. Counts only — never personal data.
Today’s numbers.
Updated every ten minutes from our systems.
Five areas.
Government requests
Requests for user data under the BNSS, 2023 and section 69 of the IT Act, and blocking orders under section 69A. We check each one is lawful and tell the user unless the law forbids it.
Content and account actions
Spam, phishing, malware and abuse removed, and accounts suspended, with the reason.
Grievances
Complaints to our Grievance Officer: received, resolved within 15 days, and appealed to the Grievance Appellate Committee.
Privacy requests
Requests to access, correct or erase personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023, and how fast we answered.
Spam and security
Spam blocked, phishing reported and security incidents notified to CERT-In.
