End-to-end between Indo accounts
When everyone in a conversation uses Indo Mail, the message is locked on your device and our servers keep only the locked copy. Mail to other email services is protected on its way with TLS when their servers support it.
Never sold, never profiled
We do not read your mail to choose ads and we never sell personal data. Any ads are served by Indo Mail itself — no third-party ad networks or trackers.
Tracking images blocked
Pictures in mail load only when you allow them, so senders cannot secretly see when you open a message.
Phishing protection
Every message is checked with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Report phishing in one tap from any message.
Passkeys and 2-Step
Sign in with a passkey, an authenticator app or a code, and see every device signed in to your account.

Pay by UPI today, with UPI AutoPay for renewals. Debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets switch on when our payment gateway is connected; until then our billing team can raise a GST invoice. A GST invoice is issued every time.

Is Indo Mail really free?
Yes. A personal account with a name@indoemail.in address and 50 GB of storage is free for ever, and Business Starter is free for up to 20 users on your own domain. Paid plans add more storage and priority support.
Why do plans show ads?
Every plan shows a few labelled ads. They are chosen only from the page, your language and your country, never from your mail, files or contacts, and people under 18 never see ads. Ads keep paid plans priced from ₹99 a month.
Does HexAI, the AI helper, read my mail?
Only what you ask it to look at, inside your own account. What you ask and what HexAI answers is not kept after the answer, your mail is never used to train any AI model, and you can switch each HexAI feature off in Settings.
Will my mail reach inboxes at other email services?
Every message we send is signed with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the checks big providers use to decide what is genuine. The status page shows how much mail went out and whether any failed.
How do I move from my old email?
Follow the step-by-step switching guide: import old mail (.mbox or .eml), contacts (.vcf or .csv) and calendars (.ics), and forward your old address so nothing is missed. Your old address keeps working while you move.
How big can attachments be?
Up to 25 MB per message. Bigger files, up to 5 GB each, are sent automatically as an Indo Drive download link.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Mail apps can download all your mail over IMAP at any time. A one-click export button is planned; until then, write to privacy@indoemail.in and we send you a copy in common file formats.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, open Accounts and choose Delete account. It is turned off at once and deleted for good after 30 days; signing in before then cancels the deletion.
What happens if I stop using my account?
An unused personal account is turned off after 12 months and five reminders, with its data kept. If it stays unused for 24 months in total, it is closed.
I can't sign in. What do I do?
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page, or open Account recovery. We send a code to your recovery email. No recovery email? HexAI opens a recovery case and a person checks that the account is yours.
