Privacy notice

What Indo Business Profile keeps

• Your business name, address, hours, photos, posts, questions and answers, reviews, and visitor statistics.

Who can see it

• Everything on the profile is public, except the statistics, which only you see.
• Indo Mail staff do not look at your content, except when you ask us for help, to stop abuse, or when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• The profile stays until you delete it.
• If you close your Indo Mail account, everything this app keeps is deleted 30 days later (a grace period in case the closure was a mistake or a hacker). Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days after that.
• Some records are kept longer only where the law says so, for example invoices (8 years) and sign-in records (1 year). See the Data Retention Policy.

Your choices

• Edit or delete the profile, posts and photos at any time. Reply to reviews.
• All of Indo Business Profile's settings are in one place: Indo Business Profile settings.

Where it is kept

• Your data is kept on Indo Mail servers in India. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Questions

Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indoemail.in. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.

Additional terms

These terms apply when you use Indo Business Profile. They add to the Indo Mail Terms of Service. If the two differ, these terms apply to Indo Business Profile.

• Only list a business you own or run. Reviews must be honest; we remove fake reviews.
• We keep improving Indo Business Profile and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we will tell you in advance where we can.
