Privacy notice

What Indo Sheets keeps

• Your spreadsheets, the people you share them with, and workflows you set up, including drop-down lists, pivot tables, slicers and macros (the steps you record) in them.

Who can see it

• You, and the people you share a spreadsheet with.
• Indo Mail staff do not look at your content, except when you ask us for help, to stop abuse, or when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• Spreadsheets stay until you delete them. Spreadsheets in Bin are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• If you close your Indo Mail account, everything this app keeps is deleted 30 days later (a grace period in case the closure was a mistake or a hacker). Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days after that.
• Some records are kept longer only where the law says so, for example invoices (8 years) and sign-in records (1 year). See the Data Retention Policy.

Your choices

• Share, stop sharing, restore from Bin, or delete at any time.
• All of Indo Sheets's settings are in one place: Indo Sheets settings.

Where it is kept

• Your data is kept on Indo Mail servers in India. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Questions

Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indoemail.in. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.

Additional terms

These terms apply when you use Indo Sheets. They add to the Indo Mail Terms of Service. If the two differ, these terms apply to Indo Sheets.

• There are no extra rules for this app beyond the Indo Mail Terms of Service.
• We keep improving Indo Sheets and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we will tell you in advance where we can.
