Privacy notice

What Indo Slides keeps

• Your presentations and earlier versions.
• Comments on slides: the text, who wrote it and when.

Who can see it

• You, and the people you share a presentation with. Everyone who can open a presentation can read its comments.
• Indo Mail staff do not look at your content, except when you ask us for help, to stop abuse, or when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• Presentations stay until you delete them. Comments are deleted with the presentation.
• If you close your Indo Mail account, everything this app keeps is deleted 30 days later (a grace period in case the closure was a mistake or a hacker). Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days after that.
• Some records are kept longer only where the law says so, for example invoices (8 years) and sign-in records (1 year). See the Data Retention Policy.

Your choices

• Share, stop sharing, or delete at any time.
• Resolve or delete comments. The owner and the person who wrote a comment can do this.
• Choose for each slide whether its text and pictures appear one by one when presenting.
• All of Indo Slides's settings are in one place: Indo Slides settings.

Where it is kept

• Your data is kept on Indo Mail servers in India. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Questions

Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indoemail.in. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.

Additional terms

These terms apply when you use Indo Slides. They add to the Indo Mail Terms of Service. If the two differ, these terms apply to Indo Slides.

• There are no extra rules for this app beyond the Indo Mail Terms of Service.
• We keep improving Indo Slides and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we will tell you in advance where we can.
