Privacy notice

What Indo Video keeps

• How much AI voice time you used each day. The videos you make are saved to your Indo Drive.

Who can see it

• You, and the people you share a video with from Indo Drive.
• Indo Mail staff do not look at your content, except when you ask us for help, to stop abuse, or when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• Videos stay in Indo Drive until you delete them.
• If you close your Indo Mail account, everything this app keeps is deleted 30 days later (a grace period in case the closure was a mistake or a hacker). Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days after that.
• Some records are kept longer only where the law says so, for example invoices (8 years) and sign-in records (1 year). See the Data Retention Policy.

Your choices

• Delete your videos in Indo Drive at any time.
• All of Indo Video's settings are in one place: Indo Video settings.

Where it is kept

• Your data is kept on Indo Mail servers in India. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
• When you ask HexAI for help here, the text needed for that one request is sent to the AI model run for Indo Mail in Mumbai, India. It is not kept by the model and is not used to train AI models.

Questions

Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indoemail.in. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.

Additional terms

These terms apply when you use Indo Video. They add to the Indo Mail Terms of Service. If the two differ, these terms apply to Indo Video.

• Only use pictures, music and voices you have the right to use. Do not make videos that pretend to be a real person without their permission.
• We keep improving Indo Video and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we will tell you in advance where we can.
