Guides and news from the Indo Mail team: how to sign a PDF on your phone, move from another email service, set up business email, spot phishing, plan a budget in rupees and keep your account safe.

1. Sign a PDF on your phone in one minute (15 October 2026)

Open indoemail.in/app/pdf and tap Open a PDF. Choose Signature, draw it with your finger or type your name, and tap where it should go on the page. Drag the blue dot to resize it. Add the date with one tap, then press Save and choose Download or Save to Indo Drive. The file stays on your phone the whole time; nothing is uploaded unless you choose Indo Drive.

2. Moving to Indo Mail from another email service

Your old address keeps working while you move. In Indo Mail, open Settings → Accounts and import to bring in your mail and contacts, then turn on forwarding in your old service so new mail arrives in Indo Mail. Tell your bank, employer and important contacts your new address, and update it on government portals first.

3. Business email on your own domain

Go to indoemail.in/signup-business and add your domain. Indo Mail shows the exact MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to add at your domain registrar, checks them for you, and turns your mailboxes on as soon as they match. Add team members, set their storage and switch on 2-Step Verification for everyone.

4. Five signs an email is a scam

Indo Mail shows a red warning on messages that fail sender checks. Use Report phishing in the message menu so others are protected too.

5. A monthly budget in rupees with Indo Sheets

Open Indo Sheets and pick the Monthly budget (₹) template. Type your income and expenses; totals, the balance and rupee formatting work automatically. Download it as Excel or share a read-only link with your family.

6. Keep your account safe
