1. General information

Pages, help articles, release notes and answers from Lily are general information about Indo Mail. We work to keep them correct and up to date, but they may contain mistakes or describe a feature that is still being switched on. Where a feature is not yet available, we say so.

2. Lily and other AI features

Lily and Indo AI writing help produce text automatically. Check anything they write before you send or rely on it. They do not give legal, medical, tax or financial advice.

3. Translation and maps

Indo Translate and Indo Maps give automatic results that may be inexact. Do not rely on them alone for legal documents, medical instructions or safety-critical travel.

4. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are given for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

5. Other companies' names

Names such as Gmail, Google, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple, iPhone, Android, Microsoft, Excel and Word belong to their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility, for example opening an Excel file. Indo Mail is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Indo Mail available all the time, and the live state is shown at indoemail.in/status. Planned maintenance and events beyond our control can cause interruptions. Our commitments and their limits are in sections 12 to 14 of the Terms of Service.
