Our family of apps, and guidance for parents
The company behind Indo Mail, our sister apps (IndoChats, Gauci, Sukon and Aaradhya), how they are kept separate, and practical guidance for parents and families.
1. The company behind Indo Mail
Indo Mail is a separate app under INDO CHATS PRIVATE LIMITED. Each app in our family has its own website, its own accounts and its own privacy terms.

3. Kept separate
An Indo Mail account does not sign you in to our sister apps, and Indo Mail does not share your mail, contacts, files or usage with them. If you use a sister app, its own terms and privacy policy apply.
4. For parents and families
Indo Mail accounts are for people aged 18 and over. Children should not create accounts. If you believe a child has an account, write to support@indoemail.in and we will close it.
- Talk with teenagers about phishing: real companies never ask for passwords or OTPs by email.
- Turn on 2-Step Verification or a passkey on family members' accounts.
- Use Family sharing in Indo Cloud plans to share storage without sharing passwords.
- Report anything that harms a child to childsafety@indoemail.in or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in, helpline 1930).
