1. Who we are

Indo Mail is made by INDO CHATS PRIVATE LIMITED, a DPIIT-recognised start-up registered with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, with its registered office in Howrah, West Bengal and its business headquarters in Kolkata. Indo Mail is a separate app under the company, built for people and businesses in India and worldwide.

2. What we have built

• Free personal email on @indoemail.in with 50 GB of storage, and business email on a company's own domain.
• A family of everyday apps on one account: Drive, Photos, Meet, Chat, Calendar, Contacts, Word, Sheets, PDF, Forms, Passwords, Maps, Translate, Pay and Travel, plus advertiser and business tools.
• Lily, an AI helper in every app, running on Amazon Bedrock with requests kept in India.
• Android apps for each product, and the full suite on the web.

3. How the business earns

• Paid storage plans for people.
• Per-user plans for businesses on their own domains.
• Advertising on the Free plan, chosen without reading mail, with no third-party trackers and no sale of data.
• Enterprise contracts with data residency and support commitments.

4. Our principles

AI-Native Mail. Zero Data Sharing. We never sell personal data, we do not read mail to choose ads, and the data of Indian accounts stays in India. These principles are part of our terms and are not for sale.
