Supplier Code of Conduct

1. Honesty

• No bribery or corruption of any kind, in line with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
• No fraud, money laundering or help with tax evasion.
• Declare any conflict of interest with our staff.

2. People

• No child labour and no forced or bonded labour.
• Pay at least the legal minimum wage, on time, and keep working hours within the law.
• No discrimination or harassment. Follow the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 where it applies.
• Provide a safe and healthy workplace.

3. Data and security

• Protect personal data and confidential information.
• Report security problems at once to security@indoemail.in.
• Never ask our users for their passwords or sign-in codes.

4. Environment

Follow environmental laws, use energy and materials carefully, and dispose of electronic waste through authorised recyclers under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.

5. Sanctions and trade

Follow Indian and applicable international sanctions and export rules. Do not involve us in trade with sanctioned persons.

6. Reporting a concern

Write to legal@indoemail.in or to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indoemail.in. You can report in confidence. We do not allow anyone to be punished for raising a concern in good faith.

7. Checks

We may ask suppliers to confirm they follow this Code, and we may end the relationship if a serious breach is not put right.
