Indo Search Ads: privacy and terms

Privacy notice

What Indo Search Ads keeps

• Your campaigns, ads, products, budgets, invoices and the results of your ads.
• Ads are matched by country, language and page words only. Indo Mail never reads people's emails to show ads.

Who can see it

• You, and the people you add to your business account. Our review team checks ads before they run.
• Indo Mail staff do not look at your content, except when you ask us for help, to stop abuse, or when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

• Ad statistics are kept, added up, for 24 months. Invoices are kept for 8 years.
• If you close your Indo Mail account, everything this app keeps is deleted 30 days later (a grace period in case the closure was a mistake or a hacker). Copies in our backups are overwritten within 35 days after that.
• Some records are kept longer only where the law says so, for example invoices (8 years) and sign-in records (1 year). See the Data Retention Policy.

Your choices

• Pause or delete campaigns at any time.
• All of Indo Search Ads's settings are in one place: Indo Search Ads settings.

Where it is kept

• Your data is kept on Indo Mail servers in India. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Questions

Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indoemail.in. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.

Additional terms

These terms apply when you use Indo Search Ads. They add to the Indo Mail Terms of Service. If the two differ, these terms apply to Indo Search Ads.

• The Advertising Terms apply. Ads must be truthful and legal; we may refuse or stop ads that are not.
• We keep improving Indo Search Ads and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we will tell you in advance where we can.
