Export your contacts from your previous service or your phone as a .vcf or .csv file, then open Indo Contacts and choose Import. People already in your contacts are not added twice.
Export your old mail as .mbox or .eml files and upload them in Settings → Import mail. Large mailboxes can be uploaded in several parts, and duplicates are skipped.
Tell your contacts about your new address with a short email, and set your old account to forward new mail to Indo Mail while you settle in.
