Data stored in India.
Indo Mail stores accounts in its data centre in Mumbai, India. India does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission or the UK, so we protect transfers with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the UK’s addendum to them. End-to-end encrypted mail, subjects, chats, passwords and private details are transferred and stored only in locked form.
A data processing agreement.
Companies that use Indo Mail for Business can sign a data processing agreement that sets out our duties as a processor, the security measures we use, and how we help you answer requests. Ask at legal@indoemail.in.
Write to us.
Email privacy@indoemail.in or our Grievance Officer, Ejaz Ahmed, at grievance@indoemail.in. We are appointing representatives in the European Union and the United Kingdom, as the GDPR and UK GDPR require for companies outside them; their details will be published here and in our privacy policy.
