    Questions

    Supplier FAQ

    Is there a fee?

No. Registration is free. Anyone asking for a fee is not acting for us.

How soon will I be paid?

Within 30 days of a correct invoice, or sooner if the contract says so. Micro and small enterprises with a Udyam number are paid within 45 days at most, under section 15 of the MSMED Act, 2006.

    Do I need GST registration?

Only if the GST law requires it for your turnover or supply. Without a GSTIN, we cannot claim input tax credit, which we consider when comparing prices.

How do you protect my documents?

They are stored privately in India and seen only by procurement and finance. Rejected registrations are deleted after 12 months.
